Satisfaction & Revisions Policy

This page explains, in plain terms, what happens if you are not happy with what we deliver. It sits alongside our Terms of Sale, which govern in the event of any inconsistency.
What we guarantee
We revise your deliverables until you are satisfied, within the creative scope agreed before production started, at no additional cost. There is no fixed limit on the number of revision rounds within that scope.
That is the substance of our guarantee. We would rather get the work right than hand back your money and leave you without a release.
Why there is no refund window after production starts
Everything we make is produced to your specifications — your track, your artwork, your creative direction. It cannot be resold or reused. Once production has begun, the work cannot be undone.
For clients in the European Union and the United Kingdom, this is why we ask you at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. If you do not tick that box, your 14-day right applies in full and we simply wait before starting.
When we do refund you in full
- You change your mind before we start. Tell us before production begins and we refund you in full, wherever you are.
- We cannot deliver. If we are unable to produce your package, we refund you in full.
- We are materially late and you no longer want the release, having given us a reasonable opportunity to deliver.
What is outside the guarantee
These are quoted separately rather than covered by revisions:
- a change of creative direction after you approved the direction;
- deliverables beyond those listed in your package;
- a change of track after production started;
- re-work needed because the materials you supplied were incorrect or incomplete.
What we never guarantee
We do not promise streams, views, followers, chart positions or revenue — not in any package, and not at any price. Anyone who does is guessing. What we guarantee is the content, the plan and the creative execution.
